Andrew's First Christmas Performance

Finally. Better late than never on the updates I suppose.

Andrew's preschool put on a Christmas performance last night. They'd been working so hard on it for weeks. In fact, when I picked him up from preschool yesterday morning, he said, "whoa, Mom. We had a LONG Jesus practice today!!" LOL!!! Hilarious!!

You could tell he was a little nervous leading up to it. But, he did a great job. All the kids were adorable!!
They sang a song called the "Friendly Beasts" (that was the hard one), an adorable rendition of "Jingle Bells", and "We Wish You a Merry Christmas". Now, you can play "Where's Andrew"...
After the performance, parents were invited to come up and take pictures. Andrew kept looking for us...so cute!
He finally found me! :)

We can't afford to send him through school in a private, Christian setting. But, it sure has been a nice change that the kids can actually do Christmas things. Anymore, the public schools can't do anything relating to Christmas--even in a secular sense. So, it's been fun to see all the Christmas projects, crafts, lessons, etc. On Tuesday morning, we had a pancake & sausage breakfast there, along with pictures with Santa!
And, they're having a big Christmas party for his last day before break next week!  So fun!
