Things were a little crazy in the days leading up to Valentine's and I big deadline for work that night. So, we didn't do the dinner, decorations, and such that I had wanted. But, Brian and I had a nice double date with Megan & Juan to Suns game the night before.
And, Andrew and I had fun during the week making some festive goodies. One day he said, "let's make hearts Mom". I wasn't sure what to do, so we made heart-shaped rice krispie treats. A few pink sugar crystals make them pink! :)
He also helped make our Special Valentine's cake and Oreo truffles that we gave out as some Valentine's gifts! Yum-o!
Valentine's morning, we ate a fun themed breakfast--complete with heart-shaped pancakes. And then Grammy helped us celebrate that night by bringing over dinner and of, course, a few presents too! :)
