Chunk-a-monk!

Wow...our little "chunk-a-monk" is already 6 weeks old!

Eli is "so big"!!

Brian got on the scale with him the other day and it looks like he is definitely over 12 pounds. And he seems really long too!! Really, just SO BIG! :) In fact, that cute little dino shirt barely covering his belly is size 3 months and those adorable striped pants--size 6 MONTHS! Not 6 weeks, no 6 MONTHS! Now, granted they were still a little long and a little big, but that's just it--they were only a little big!! Andrew was wearing those pants in October/November--not May! We might not be able to use as many of Andrew's clothes as we had hoped since all of Andrew's 6-9 month stuff is winter stuff. I never, ever thought that Eli could be in 6 month clothes over the summer! We shall see!

He's definitely doing well and clearly is healthy! We're still having some extreme gassiness & fussiness issues that we didn't have with Andrew though, so there have been many discussions about that and trying to make some changes to see what will help (if anything). The fun developments have been that adorable "talking" that is increasing, and of course, the smiles!! :)

Those little ones are cute too, but oh how I love these big, open-mouth, gummy baby smiles!!
