"M" is for...

Mommy & Moby!
We had a nice time celebrating Mother's Day last weekend. On Saturday, we went out with my parents & Emily for an evening of pizza & games. Everyone had been having a busy week & weekend, so this was a super low-key, fun evening! Andrew had a blast--he played the dinosaur game with Grampy,
air hockey with Mommy & Daddy,
and quite a few other things as well. All that was made even more fun when Grampy hit the "ticket jackpot" of 250 tickets on one game and Andrew got to pick out 5 new dinosaurs with the ticket stash. (He's asked to go back more than once!!) :)
While we were enjoying food & games, Eli happily slept & hung out in his car seat.
Then, he enjoyed snuggles from Auntie Em & Grammy!
It was a fun night out with everyone. And, I am so thankful to have such a great mom who is also adored as a wonderful Grammy!
On Mother's Day morning, I enjoyed sleeping in until 8:30! A special treat indeed! While I was happily sleeping, the boys got sneaky & left to go get bagels from our favorite place and flowers. Brian was brave indeed! In addition to that, I got this wonderful keepsake from my 3 favorite boys:
Definitely a very nice morning!!
As a Mommy, and especially now, a mom of two, I'm always on the look-out for cool products, ideas, and new/better things to try. Well, my favorite new mommy item is my new Moby wrap. Seriously, this thing is AWESOME and I think every new mommy should have one.
I've cooked with him in it, worked around the house, done yard work, fed him a bottle, gone on a walk--it's great!!
I like it SO much better than the carriers I had with Andrew (though those serve their purpose too). It's the perfect way to snuggle your little one while still having the use of your arms! :) And, I think he likes it too!
