Open House

We finally felt settled & recovered enough that we could have a bunch of people over to see the new house and most importantly, see the new babe! So, on Saturday night, we had an open house. We were so happy to see everyone that came out and missed all those that couldn't! (Unfortunately, May is such a busy month with school ending, graduations, showers, etc, so quite a few people couldn't make it).

It was a really nice evening and a great mix of people & ages--from 6 weeks to 83! :) My parents' friends Debbie & Jeff came by, as did Dave & Zorica (Dave did a bunch of the work on the house & Zorica has cut our hair since I was in elementary school!!). My mom, Debbie, and Zorica were hilarious together!

My grandparents came by to join in the festivities and enjoyed time visiting with everyone. And, quite a few of our friends came by so there were a good number of little ones running around! :)

The kiddos of course had tons of fun playing together--playing legos, riding bikes, sliding!

And, they are sooo cute when they give each other goodbye hugs & high fives!!

While all this was going on, Eli was enjoying being passed from one person to another. He LOVES being held and so, I'm sure was in heaven. He was hardly fussy at all...now if only I could have all those hands on a normal day! :)
