...that I LOVE coupons?!
So Fry's is accepting all competitor coupons currently and that has been awesome! Like today, I was able to use another store's "save $10 off $100" coupon. Plus, save $3 on any 10 ConAgra Foods (so I bought 10 cans of Hunt's tomato sauce at 53 cents a can--giving me 10 cans of sauce for $2.30). Combine that with some great store deals, other store coupons, and another 30+ manufacturer's coupons and here's what you get:
all 72 items for....any guesses?
I'll give you some hints:
- The total bill should have been $205...
- My savings was $143.20...
- or, 70%...
So, I paid $61.80 for all that! That means I paid an average of just $.85 per item!!!
Definitely my best "cart-full" trip yet!
That included "expensive" items like diapers, 370 ct. box of wipes, paper towels, cat food, and a vitamin supplement. All that little stuff on top of the wipes box (a cover girl eye shadow, a vitamin supplement that is normally $6.00, 4 things of deodorant & two travel sized shampoos) cost me a total of $1.72! Woo hoo!!
